John Ramsdell,
President, is interested in making your home beautiful, energy-efficient,
and as maintenance-free as possible, using the very best products
and installation available today. But that’s not all…he insists that each of
these products come with the
best
warranties on the market. He passes up
anything that, good as it might look, doesn’t stand up to his standards
and warranty test. And the manufacturer must present an excellent
customer service and reliability record. John is always passing on
products that look great, and may even be expensive, but do not meet the
criteria of other more reasonably-priced products we already carry. Oh,
you can have these, if you wish, but he will definitely let you know why
he thinks you should make a different choice!
Because of these high
standards, John’s company has received the Alcoa Golden Hammer Award and
is an Alcoa Master Contractor, who must adhere to the most professional of
business practices. He is also a Crane Performance Contractor,
one of few in the state. Our Head Installer is a Master Craftsman, himself,
and has had over 46 years experience.
